The Response | Lead the Design team creating the total transformation of the complete Wickes retail business across multiple touch points, in a compressed timeframe, realising a 60% - 100% uplift across the first prototype stores. Developed the relationship with the client from initial pitch win to a continuing relationship and a second phase of work. Focusing on transforming the methodology of the way they transform the retail estate implementing new innovative techniques to reduce project turnaround time and enable Wickes to triple the new transformation across the retail estate. Utilising creative / strategic methods to enable the client to reduce the average project time of 11 weeks to 3.
